House of Dubai ships the next business day unless it is a pre-order item, that of which shipping dates are mentioned in title. 

The carriers used are typically USPS or UPS. All shipments are delivered within an average of 7 business days at the latest; please allow time for carriers to deliver your packages. Tracking numbers are always provided to you. 

Pre Order shipments have shipping dates in their titles.
